13-Week Cashflow (the "Engine") is a Google Sheets template and Apps Script automation tool designed for financial forecasting. By purchasing the Engine, you receive a license to use the tool for your internal business purposes.
The Engine is a calculation tool only. We are not CFOs, accountants, or financial advisors. All forecasts generated by the tool are based on user-provided data. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and business outcomes.
The code, logic, and design within the Engine are the intellectual property of 13-Week Cashflow. You may not resell, redistribute, or "white-label" the Engine without express written consent.
Due to the digital nature of the product (instant access to the Google Sheet and Script), all sales are final once the product has been accessed. If you have technical issues, we will provide support to ensure the Engine functions as advertised.
